It seems (and I'm sorry about this Philadelphians) worst in the City  of
Brotherly Love.  When US Air had a hub at Pittsburgh and one at
Philadelphia, we'd come out of the local "WB/Scranton International"
and change planes at one or the other.  There was a marked  difference
between the higher courtesy and friendliness of Pittsburgh and that
