with dust, mud, road salt, etc. The license plate should be unreadable. 
Obviously this guy is all hat and no cattle.

The other day I saw a guy parked by the roadside with Trump signs all over
his pickup. It shouldn't surprise you to hear the pickup was bright
glowing white, as white as if it had just been whitewashed. I pulled over
and took a picture, laughing. The old dude didn't shoot, but he scowled.
Bet he'll remember me.
