Soy milk is sweetened, and way too sweet for cereal or tea (IMO). It's also
thick. Chocolate soy milk is delicious (and I'm not much of a chocolate
fan) as a special treat.

Almond milk is also sweet and thick, but not as much so as soy milk.

Rice milk is lighter in flavor & texture and OK on cereal (IMO).

Coconut milk is fine in coffee. And just fabulous with hothot peppers and
white fish or tofu.
Coconut ice cream with just a drizzle of melted dark chocolate will make
you forget milk-based ice cream.
