Sure has supplied a lot of cash to my Alma Mater, UW-Madison.
 
WARFARIN, the brand name for coumadin stands for Wisconsin
Alumni Research Foundation, the original inventors of the drug.
 
There is a generic form, but even the VA considers it unreliable, and
