It didn't offer degrees despite being called a university when it was 
set up in 2005, despite a warning from the New York State Education 
Department that it was breaking state law by not having a license to 
operate. The aim was allegedly to train people to become real-estate 
entrepreneurs, which at least makes its later title Trump Entrepreneur 
Initiative more accurate, though it effectively ceased operations in 2011.
