Good point, Jay, as I actually knew that, plus I re-read the notes sent home with me by the doc over the lunch hour, and he clearly documented that "biopsy is consistent with Pyoderma gangrenosum", hence the "specialist opinion" he wants in confirmation.  He said he hates to send me to Stanford (Palo Alto for those who might think Stanford's actually a city), but there's no one around these parts who has much forte in that area.  So, to Stanford I go -- a well-known institution for me, as that's where Everett spent the first four days of his life.
