[Magdalen] TEC suspended from Anglican Communion

One problem with Cruz seems to be that his mother is listed on the voter
rolls in Canada, and one has to be a Canadian citizen to vote there, so
either she committed voter fraud or she was a Canadian citizen, and the
question is when that happened.
