Thanks, Jay.  Since we can't help but blend all of our trials together when we're feeling like shit, it's inevitable that my woe and sadness is about more than my medical ills.  So, once again, thanks.

As for taking care of myself, today I got out of bed at noon, and then promptly set myself an agenda of Nothing, which I finished ahead of schedule so as to allow for extra Nothing on top of that.  I just paid Round Table* for dinner, so life's pretty sweet right now.  Or at least salty.
