SC is nearly solid a red state and will vote for Republican candidates.
Democrat James Clyburn represents SC District 6 in Washington.  My
congressman is Tim Scott.  Occasionally we have a good and brave Democrat
run for state or national office, but that seems never to work out.  The
Presidential race has all my attention this year.  I follow MSNBC and Nate
Silver because he was so right last time.
