[Magdalen] Plumber done, now exterminator

I'd be just as happy that they didn't bring them inside. However, we always
knew winter was coming when we found partial mice on the rug. Our kitties
were very good exterminators and only Betsy ever (once) saw a live one in
the house...right before kitty Jack dispatched it.
