[Magdalen] My uncle is dying

My uncle Alan in San Francisco has cancer in his bones and is not
expected to see next week. My parents have flown over to see him. He's
not responding any more.
 
He's my dad's younger brother and I always think of him as the "baby"
uncle though he must be about 60. His family are the closest relatives I
have and I stayed with them on my US trip in 2008. I can't process this.
