I actually have one that is 6 3/4" tall, about 5" wide, zippered leather,
with Apocrypha, and even some maps in the back.  NRSV.  No notes or
commentary, of course.  I take it on retreats or other travel.

This one:  http://amzn.to/1PHO56M  says it's 6.4" tall.
