I just spoke with Matthew - he’s in Alexandria currently.  He’s just been notified that he’s being promoted by the Virginia Democratic Party to the position of Regional Director.  His region is mostly part of the new district being created under court order.  It’s in rural Virginia near the NC border.  He’s been looking forward to this.

He also said a retired priest visited his office this morning - Ann Ritchie.  Anyone know her?
