[Magdalen] Names of the Dead

The first names of those killed in the shooting in Orlando are coming in as
families are notified. It will be a slow process, as not all the bodies
have yet been removed. Police are still securing the scene. I will list
them as I hear of them, but anyone else is welcome to add to the list. Here
