I could say the same about Illinois and Bruce Rauner, but I'd also
have to include the Democratic leaders in the legislature. The state
is falling apart right now, and refusal to compromise is still,
astoundingly, the supreme principle being adhered to.

The fact that actual lives are at stake (due to Illinois' continued
lack of a budget, so funds aren't moving to agencies that depend on
them) seems to make no difference.
