[Magdalen] MP - inclusive language

The Venite has God or "you" rather than "he" or "him." Psalms are from
Psalter for the Christian People, an inclusive edition of the 1979 BCP
Psalter. Creed has "I believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only son, our
Lord."
