Those double dedications, usually the result of parishes combining,
are frequent in the Episcopal Church.  Two that come to mind and  are
famous are Ascension & St. Agnes (the "other" anglocatholic  church
in Washington, DC.), and the exquisite (architect: Philip Frohman)
Grace and St. Stephen's, Colorado Springs.  The latter has the
history of that dreadful episode during which the Rector tried to  take
the church out of TEC, and got in some financial troubles.
