My case in the past was similar. Once I was tested and got a CPAP, I could
breath at night.

That's the way to be. There are pollen seasons here that drive me batty,
but there are so many other good things, I put up with it. Take a Benedryl
(generic version) daily and it helps.

I had the dream at one time and (not due to the bish) decided I didn't have
the stomach for church politics.
Seems worse than schools or the military.
