That was right across Pennsylvania in that WV panhandle between
Ohio and PA.  Lucky for us, the winds pushed the storm to the  south,
and we got just a few sprinkles.
 
I realize that weather forecasting is an inexact science, but to be
charitable, they must have a difficult time forecasting this  
Middle-Atlantic
area.  We get these strange forecasts as the one this morning  for
the local area - "Sunny with Showers."
