[Magdalen] A small health brag

For once I have some good health news.  I had to get some blood work
done because we get a significant discount on health insurance
premiums if we submit  to a yearly 'health assessment'.  I think it's
intrusive but there's apparently nothing I won't do for money.
Anyway, I got a copy of the results from my doctor and for the first
time in years, my cholesterol numbers have dropped significantly.  He
was delighted that I had lost weight - 10 pounds in the past year and
that did some good.  My blood sugar is always normal but cholesterol
had been stuck and I have not been willing to take statins.  I am very
pleased.
