[Magdalen] +Pennsylvania (Philadelphia) Election.

[Christopher Hart]

New Mexico. Raised RC as I recall. Background in public service then sought
ordination in the Episcopal Church. A very liberal former GC deputy I know
who retired to the Rio Grande diocese speaks very highly of him.
