[Magdalen] Private-ish repository for vestry documents?

Since every place has a different culture, some practices that seem
"obvious" to some are not acceptable to others. Some places enjoy
transparency while others do not. There is a price for every move toward
transparency, in that some discussion on matters of great sensitivity
simply will no longer happen at all. It may be deemed worth the price to
have transparency, but one should not be under the illusion that there is
no price; there are consequences for any action.

I personally favor transparency, but it is surprising how many others
fervently do not. Most minutes are first approved by the body itself, so
that items can be corrected or entirely removed if desired.
