[Magdalen] 18th cent CofE.

Currently, and for essentially the first time, I'm thoroughly enjoying Boswell's Life of Johnson, and there's so much mention of the English church that I came to realize I know more about the 17th and 19th cent CofE than I do the 18th.  So, could anyone recommend a few good histories of the 18th cent church?  Really good older ones would be my preference, but I'll take anything.
