[Magdalen] RIP Rob Ford

Becuase Rob genuinely loved people and returned phone calls, never got
above himself in his dealings with the public. He was a likeable fellow,
beyond his frailties. Really, he was best suited to being a city
councillor; he didn't enjoy the _job_ of being mayor.
