You may have noticed that in my contribution on thie topic I put 
"justification" in quotes.  Guess which Party controls the legislature 
in states which have introduced the ID requirements after the Supreme 
Court struck down the Voter Rights Act because the Justices thought the 
states were now grown up enough not to discriminate in this way.
