[Magdalen] Medical update (& honestly, getting' a little scary).

I received a wonder drug long ago for a sigmoidoscopy; I felt I was
being wonderfully cared for by lovely people. They could have sawed
off a limb and I would have thanked them for sharing their wisdom and
skill. Wish I could remember what that drug was! :) I could use a
small dose of it now...big anxiety about too much to do in the next
two weeks; why are my vacations always like this?
