I just picked up this Facebook post on Jon's page from his wife, Dawn Ann

 "Jon Egger <https://www.facebook.com/revjonegger> was moved to Bishop
Spencer Place today. He is in Room #60 in the York Skilled Nursing section.
He is doing better in swallowing and such, but still having some
significant cognitive issues. He would probably appreciate any visits if
anyone wants to do that. He doesn't have access to his FB or email, but
face-to-face visits are fine..."
