[Magdalen] Sharing an iPhone recording?

I don't use a written text when I preach, and unless a church routinely records a service, my sermons are one-time events. I've never felt comfortable about publishing them, though back when I was using a text, I would sometimes give someone a copy if they requested it.
Once in awhile I've thought maybe I should record a sermon, but then I'd forget.
This morning I was supplying in a small church south of here, and I was very nervous about it, because it was fairly hard-hitting, and I did actually remember to set my phone to record it. I've listened to it now, and I think it's one of my better efforts.
My question is: how do I get it from my phone to someplace where folks can hear it? I have friends who post their sermons on FaceBook every week--even *before* Sunday! I have no idea how to do that.
And some of you will give a YouTube link to something on here, but I know those are usually from a commercial source and not homemade.
I don't even know how to get this from my phone to my computer!
