[Magdalen] Sharing an iPhone recording?

Oh...I'll see if there's a share option. If I do that, and email it to myself, will it be in a format that will allow me to share it with others or post it to FB?
(Well, DUH...I guess if I can email it to myself, I can email it to anyone else as well!)
