The best way to go is CNR...Capture, Neuter/Spay, Return. You could see if
your local Humane Society has such a program. If they do, they usually
supply the humane traps, neuter/spay the felines, vaccinate them, and
return them to their location. The kitties do perform a pretty valuable
service as exterminators, and this guarantees they won't reproduce.
