Use, yes.  Effectively?  Remember:  "Too late."  I do believe the general will be (a) sickeningly close, and (b) successful for Hillary.  But poo-poo laundry sticking to him?  Now that roughly 80+% of the GOP has made peace with him, Teflon Don could, possibly, give everyone more a run for our money than he's worth.
