I have fond memories of that prayer, which, when I was growing up, we
prayed whenever someone celebrated a birthday.  I think the grownup were
not doing it, but it was prayed almost every week at the service in
conjunction with our Sunday School.  I think the phrase "raise him up if he
fall" was special for a lot of us kids, who fell down, one way or another,
more times than we'd care to admit. I know it's a key part of that prayer
for me.
