We may see Cuba a common winter vacation destination for USA
citizens again.  I knew families that routinely traveled there  over
the Christmas holidays.  
 
Then there was the long night when no Americans visited Cuba.
There seems to be light at the end of the tunnel for returning to 
Cuba as a vacation destinations.
