[Magdalen] Pray for those in Hurricane Matthew's path

Depending on whom you read, there are from 60 to over 90 prisoners there.
They all have to be handled as extremely dangerous, and of course there
needs to be an appropriate place to put them.

Attempting to transport that many folks is a prescription for its own
disaster.
