[Magdalen] SC update to Hurricane Matthew

Thanks, Kate.  So far, it's not so bad. Steady rain, little wind.  We did
have an electrical surge a bit ago that may have damaged the AC.  Turning
it off for a half hour seems to have righted it again.

All this is so minor considering the devastation and death in Haiti.
