[Magdalen] baptism: Avery Grace

I would agree. At every baptism I invite ALL children present to join us 
at the font - and especially any siblings. When I give the lighted 
candle, if there is a sibling who can take and hold it (with help and 
supervision) I ask them to take on the baby's behalf - a special job!
