[Magdalen] Deterioration of Civility.

The marked deterioration  of civility, at least in the political  arena, is 
obvious
in the parting letter of George H W Bush to Bill Clinton in 1993.   This has
"gone viral" apparently, but it reads like an epistle from another  world,
far, far away in comparison to the crude potty mouth junk emanating  from
The Donald.
 
It's hard to imagine that DT could ever compose a letter on remotely
