They're just finishing installation of....our new toilet! O frabjous day!

I knew you'd all want to know.

I'm thrilled there will be no more leakage of (clean!) water from the
tank at the point where there was crumbling porcelain on the way down
to the bowl. And that everything underneath and inside is new.

Wee! Oops...I mean whee!
