This will surely be the end of Lake Nacimiento? Water is a finite
resource and we're using it like there's no tomorrow. Water or lack of
it will be our biggest challenge in the not-distant future.
This isn't meant to take away from the good news that gov't works.
Rather, it is my very black view of the days to come on this planet.
