[Magdalen] Surgery update

Good morning! The surgeon said everything went really well yesterday. He
was pleased with the results.

I'm doing really well so far. The pain blocker is starting to wear off so
I'm sure the next phase will be a little more difficult. But, I have plenty
of meds for that! Otherwise, I feel great. The only downside is the
amazingly bad programming on daytime TV! :-)

Thank you all for your prayers and kind words. Alex is doing a great job as
my nurse!
