[Magdalen] A Plethora of Pulmonary Prayers, Please?

In a little under two weeks I'll be off to the UC Davis Medical Center
Hospital for the first of three procedures called Bronchial Thermoplasty.
I'm a little unclear on the details, but basically it involves using
high-frequency radio waves to reduce the inflammatory response of the
smooth muscles in the bronchial tubes so that my asthma, which has been
flaring up seriously for about three months now, will ease up
significantly. I know one of the doctors who will be performing the
procedure, and I have the highest confidence in him and the rest of the
team.

Still, prayers for success and rapid recovery would be mightily
appreciated.
