Apart from the questionable legality of some of the payments from the
Trump Foundation this may be the way that the proprietor of a limited
liability company may choose to do business. The United States of
America is not a limited liability company. What would be the effect on
ordinary Americans (and the rest of the world) if it decided to default
on its debts?
