[Magdalen] Easter Pie.

A friend gave us what she called Italian Easter Pie.
yesterday. This has a nice, flaky crust, and a filling that
seems similar to a quiche Lorraine - egg, ham/bacon
and cheese.
The friend said that among the Italian ethnic families here
in Pennsylvania, this is left out on a kitchen counter for any and
all to eat on Easter Day if they feel "peckish."
It's delicious. How can you go wrong with eggs, ham/bacon,
and cheese?
