[Magdalen] RIP Glen Campbell

Many of his songs coursed through my brain as I rode my bike around the
neighborhood, especially his song "Galveston." (Alternating with The
Partridge Family singing "Point Me in the Direction of Albuquerque"). Good
bike-riding songs.
