Did you see that montage of all the previous recent Presidents appearing on camera
to say "Merry Christmas?"   These days with video documentation, it's impossible to
get away with the lie that Trump has personally resurrected "Merry Christmas" from 
the dust heap.  The greeting never went away and all our previous Presidents have
