That sounds interesting, Dan. Unfortunately, along with the rest of my
family, I now have to watch my weight, so preserves with sugar are very low
on the list of admissable comestibles! I’ve put pumpkin in chutneys, but
only as a lesser ingredient.
Now that we here can be supplied with fresh fruit and vegetables in and out
of season (grapes from California, stone fruit elsewhere USA) there’s not
the pressure to do home preserves.
