[Magdalen] Wiring cash when it's a real emergency

When I send money from one of our two big banks that I deal with the
recipient receives notice by email and/or text that the $$ are awaiting
collection. I made up the question and it is registered with the
banks. It all works in the blink of an eye. Nobody ever sends ME money
so I don't know how you actually collect it, but thus far the recipients
have snapped it up in the blink of another eye! Probably goes into a
bank account that they designate. One bank charges me a modest fee
($1.50), the other doesn't charge.
