Gorsuch has been approved AFAIK.... too late to rescind anything, and not 
sure the Prez wants to try removing his own appointment with less than a 
week on the court... but stranger things *have* happened.

ps. I'm not quite sure the Prez knows how the court system in this country 
actually operates outside of the lawsuit realm, or what it means to judge 
something on its constitutionality.... just sayin'
