Ok, a question:

If a news story reports about a non-event, is their story fake news, or is it real news about a fake event? 
Or is it fake news about an event that *might* actually have happened?
Or is it partially-real news about something that may or may not have happened, depending upon which media you follow?
Or...well, you get the idea.
