The Eastern Townships are magical.
Visiting them swells the heart (and sometimes the belly,
because there are wonderful restaurants in places you wouldn't expect).
i met a Belgian chef who said he immigrated because his wife simply
refused to move to the USA. And that was more than twenty years ago.
